Armenian Caucus Co-Chair Congressman Frank Pallone tweeted that The State Department has rightfully called on Aliyev to end his illegal blockade of the Lachin Corridor. Palone mentioned that at the same time it was disappointing by the Statedep to rule out sanctions against Azerbaijan.
“All options must remain on the table until Aliyev ends his abuses and complies with international law”, stressed Pallone.
