Secretary Antony Blinken: It was an honor to host Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Bayramov Jeyhun and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan at our beautiful new FSIatState campus. Pleased with the progress made and optimistic an agreement is within reach.
