Dear compatriots, friends and party members,
I ask everyone to be at the central square of Stepanakert by 09:00 tomorrow.
The people and the country are in danger. It is necessary for all the people, in an organized manner, at the state level, struggle for our rights and future, struggle with dignity, without hysteria, the way a real Armenian, an Artsakh person, patriot should act.
