Vladimir Putin: Legally, Wagner PMC does not exist in Russia

The President of Russia answered several questions regarding PMC Wagner. In a conversation with a Kommersant correspondent, Putin stressed that today Wagner PMC does not legally exist, since there is no corresponding law in Russia. The government and the State Duma should deal with the legalization of private military companies, this is their prerogative.
