The disastrous humanitarian impact of the blockade of Artsakh is evident in all spheres of life. People's sufferings are deepening due to the absence of humanitarian access and deprivation of basic living conditions. As a national human rights institutions, we once again call on the international community, particularly the human rights and humanitarian organisation, to take action and stop the blockade of Artsakh immediately and eliminate its adverse humanitarian consequences.
