On Aug 16, UNSC will convene an emergency meeting to discuss deteriorating humanitarian situation caused by Artsakh Blockade imposed on the civilian population of Republic of Artsakh by Azerbaijan’i authorities.
This meeting is a test for efficiency of international actors.
