The statement disseminated by the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan as if on September 4, at around 9:50 a.m., the units of the Armenian Armed Forces discharged fire against the Azerbaijani combat outposts located in the southwestern part of the frontier zone, does not correspond to reality.
