The statement disseminated by the MoD of Azerbaijan that from 9:35 p.m. on September 13 to 12:45 a.m. on September 14 the Armed Forces units of the Republic of Armenia allegedly opened fire on the Azerbaijani combat positions located in the eastern and northeastern parts of the border, does not correspond to reality.
