In Artsakh, bodies of about 100 victims killed by Azerbaijani military are in communities cut off from Stepanakert (Martuni, Martakert, etc.). There are cases when several peaceful civilian victims from one family are killed.

People are not able to take the bodies of the victims to forensic examinations so that they can bury them, since Azerbaijani armed servicemen keep communities isolated from each other.

There are cases when people have to do funerals without forensic expertise.

Thousands of people cannot find their relatives; they do not know whether they are alive, in captivity or dead.

The Azerbaijani armed servicemen almost completely disrupted the connection, which makes it very difficult to solve any issue.

The lack of food, electricity, gas, medicine is added to the above, which increases people's sufferings.

Finally, people don't have a home; their are forcibly displaced from their homes, historical communities.

All this is the intentional policy of Azerbaijan, from Armenophobia; torturing and murdering people to these inhumane sufferings.
