On September 23, within the framework of the 78th session of the UN General Assembly in New York, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with the UN Secretary General António Guterres.
Ararat Mirzoyan emphasized that Azerbaijan's aggression against the people of Nagorno-Karabakh on September 19, which was preceded by the 9-month blockade of the Lachin Corridor and the siege of Nagorno-Karabakh, emphasized the importance of ensuring the uninterrupted humanitarian access to Nagorno-Karabakh by the UN and its relevant agencies.
Armenia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasized the imperative to prevent the ethnic cleansing and atrocity crime in Nagorno Karabakh.
