Head of Pentagon, Austin, arrived in Kyiv

The head of the Pentagon, Lloyd Austin, arrived on an unannounced visit to Kyiv and plans to meet with representatives of the Ukrainian authorities.

Austin posted this on X: "I have just arrived in Kyiv to meet with Ukrainian leaders. I am here today to deliver an important message - the United States will continue to support Ukraine in their fight for freedom against Russian aggression, now and in the future."
