He said that 10 mm of snow fell in the Russian capital in a day. “In Moscow, the daily record for the amount of precipitation has been updated. In the entire history of weather observation in the capital, December 3 has never been so snowy,” the forecaster wrote. According to him, the figures obtained are 0.6 mm more than the figures recorded in 1980. He also emphasized that snow continues to fall in Moscow, so the value of the new record will be known only after 21:00 Moscow time. |
