Russia has great resources to continue a special military operation in Ukraine. This opinion was expressed by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken during a panel discussion at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

"The conflict between Russia and Ukraine is a fierce battle. Russia really has huge resources that it invests in the special operation," he said. The head of the American Foreign Ministry also admitted that towards the end of 2023, Kiev found itself in a difficult situation.
