The head of the European Diplomacy Borrel arrived in Kiev

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell has arrived in the capital of Ukraine. This information was announced by Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Alexey Goncharenko.

"Josep Borrel has arrived in Kiev," the parliamentarian wrote on social networks.
