Michel: The Russian regime is responsible for Navalny's death, the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, said that the EU considers the Russian regime solely responsible for Navalny's tragic death.

"Alexei Navalny fought for the values of freedom and democracy. He sacrificed himself in the name of his ideals. I extend my deepest condolences to his family and those who are fighting for democracy around the world in the darkest conditions. Fighters are dying. But the struggle for freedom never ends," he said.
