The Turkish company Southwind Airlines was refused permission to fly between Turkey and European countries allegedly because of ties with Russia. Turizm Guncel reported on the decision of the European Union.
This decision came into force immediately, and the European Union informed the authorities of the member countries about it. The legal basis was the sanctions regulation of July 31, 2014, which specifies restrictive measures for Russia due to the conflict with Ukraine
