The United States welcomes the beginning of the process of delimitation of the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia. "We welcome the news that Armenia and Azerbaijan have adopted the Alma Ata Declaration of 1991 as the basis for the delimitation of borders between the two countries. This is an important step towards a long-term and decent peace agreement," Vedant Patel said.
