Blinken: U.S.-Ukraine security agreement could be signed in weeks

The United States could sign a bilateral security agreement with Ukraine within weeks, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Wednesday.
He said during a press conference in Kyiv that the "heavy lifting" on the deal had already been done.
