The Human Rights Defender Anahit Manasyan's congratulatory message on the occasion of the Constitution Day of RA

"Dear compatriots,
One of our most important holidays, Constitution Day, is celebrated on July 5.
The Constitution has a key role in guaranteeing human rights and freedoms and ensuring the inalienability of human dignity.
On the way to strengthening the state governed by the rule of law, the proper guarantee of fundamental rights and freedoms by the state and the improvement of the practice of implementation of the constitutional structures related to them are of priority.
I am sure that there is no other way in terms of achieving the goal of building a stable and democratic society. Therefore, it is a priority to combine all of our efforts in guaranteeing human rights and dignity and ensuring the values ​​defined by the Constitution.
I congratulate everyone on this important holiday and wish for strengthening of a social system based on the supremacy of human rights."
