Zelensky presenting Ukraine's Victory Plan in Parliament

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived at the Verkhovna Rada (Ukraine's Parliament) to present Ukraine’s Victory Plan. The Plan includes five points: the first is geopolitical, the second and third are military, the fourth is economic, and the fifth focuses on security.
