Rubio, Rutte Discuss Importance of Ending Ukraine Conflict
![]() 1045 Friday, 24 January, 2025, 10:14 US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte discussed by phone on Thursday the importance of ending the conflict in Ukraine and the need for a peaceful solution, the State Department said on Thursday. “They discussed the importance of ending Russia’s war against Ukraine and the need for a peaceful solution,” the statement said. The parties also agreed that the Euro-Atlantic and Indo-Pacific regions are inextricably linked and that there is a need for closer cooperation and understanding between the regions. |
