US plans contacts with Russia, Ukraine: Trump

The US government has planned meetings and contacts with Russia and Ukraine, US President Donald Trump said at the Andrews Air Force Base near the American capital, TASS reported.

"We had a very busy weekend. We're dealing with Israel, we're dealing with Ukraine and Russia. We have meetings and talks scheduled with various parties, including Ukraine and Russia, and I think those discussions are actually going pretty well," he said.

The Kremlin reported that it had not received any settlement proposals from Trump's team.
At the same time, Volodymyr Zelensky warned in an interview with The Associated Press that excluding Ukraine from the US-Russia war talks would be "very dangerous".
"They may have their own relations, but talking about Ukraine without us is dangerous for everyone," Zelensky assured.
