Trump: "Ukraine must explain where our money went or return it"
![]() 496 Wednesday, 19 February, 2025, 11:08 Ukraine must explain where our money went or return it. This was stated by US President Donald Trump at a press conference. “"I think Europe has given $100 billion and we've given, let's say, $300 billion-plus. And it's more important for them than for us. We have an ocean in between and they don't. But where is all this money that has been allocated? Where is it going? I've never seen an accounting of it”, Trump said. After taking office, Trump said that the US spent $200 billion more on military aid to Ukraine than other NATO countries. In early February, Zelensky said that he didn’t know where the money went. According to him, Ukraine received just over $75 billion from the US. |
