Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan plans to hold bilateral talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on the sidelines of the G20 foreign ministers' meeting in Johannesburg on Thursday, a Turkish Foreign Ministry source told TASS.
