During his speech at the high-level segment of the 58th session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan referred to the mock trials initiated against Armenian citizens in Baku.
“Currently, mock trials are underway against 23 illegally detained Armenian citizens, completely violating the norms and guarantees of due process.”
Mirzoyan also stressed that “Azerbaijan disputes Armenia’s territorial integrity, but Yerevan is ready to turn the page on hostility and move towards sustainable peace.”
