French President Emmanuel Macron has announced that he will address his nation at 8:00 p.m. local time.

"My dear compatriots,

In this moment of great uncertainty, when the world is facing its greatest challenges, I will deliver a message at 8:00 p.m.," Macron wrote on Telegram.

It should be noted that Macron’s speech in Yerevan will take place at 23:00.
