Von der Leyen: "EU wants peace in Ukraine through force"

The European Union wants peace in Ukraine through force, so it intends to rearm the union. This was announced by the head of the European Commission (EC) Ursula von der Leyen at an emergency EU summit in Brussels.

"We want peace through force, so today I am presenting to EU leaders a plan to rearm the EU, which will provide an investment of 800 billion euros in the defense sector," the EC head said.
