We must establish peace in the South Caucasus, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said at the opening ceremony of the XII Global Forum in Baku.

“Currently, negotiations are underway between Armenia and Azerbaijan on a peace treaty, most of the points of which have already been agreed,” Aliyev said.
