Nikol Pashinyan had a phone conversation with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a phone conversation with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, according to the Armenian Prime Minister’s Office.
They discussed the Armenia-U.S. strategic partnership and regional issues.
Pashinyan briefed Rubio on the negotiation process that led to the agreement on the draft treaty “On the establishment of peace and interstate relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.”
Pashinyan emphasized that the draft agreement is now awaiting signing.
Both sides agreed to continue high-level Armenia-U.S. communications.
