If Europe does not want to follow the path of easing sanctions within the framework of the Black Sea Initiative, it means that it does not want to follow the path of peace, said Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president.
“In fact, if European countries do not want to follow this path (of easing sanctions), it means that they do not want to follow the path of peace, they do not want to contribute to the efforts that Moscow and Washington are making to move forward peacefully,” Peskov said.
