US President Donald Trump expressed hope for the earliest possible signing of a peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia. This was stated by Eric Jacobs, Senior Adviser to the US State Department's Bureau of Energy Resources, Reuters reports.
Speaking at an energy forum in Baku, Jacobs stressed that the conclusion of the agreement would open a "new era of security and prosperity" for the entire South Caucasus.
