Callas: "Rubio guaranteed US won't make concessions to Russia in talks

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio assured European officials during a visit to Brussels that Washington would not make concessions in negotiations with Moscow that would run counter to the interests of Ukraine and the European Union, EU foreign policy chief Kaia Kallas said.
“The concept of "nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine" was emphasized and that the agreement between Ukraine and Europe should be taken into account in all issues under discussion, because all this is happening in Europe. So, yes, he gave us guarantees on this issue,” Kallas said in response to a journalist’s question.
