Artur Aleksanyan was named the Best Greco-Roman Wrestler in Europe for 2024

The European Council of the United World Wrestling has named Olympic champion, multiple medalist, four-time World Champion, seven-time European Champion, and European Games Champion, legendary Greco-Roman wrestler Artur Aleksanyan as Europe’s Best Greco-Roman Wrestler of the Year.
The title of Europe’s Best Greco-Roman Wrestling Coach of the Year was awarded to Armen Babalaryan – USSR Master of Sport of International Class, Honored Coach of the Republic of Armenia, and Head Coach of the Armenian National Greco-Roman Wrestling Team.
The Wrestling Federation of Armenia congratulates Artur Aleksanyan and Armen Babalaryan.
