Peskov: "The next Russian-American contacts to be held on April 10 in Istanbul"

The next round of talks between Russia and the United States is scheduled for Istanbul on April 10, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

“We will participate in the meeting at the level of the Foreign Ministry,” Peskov told reporters.

Last week, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Russia and the United States are currently planning a new bilateral meeting.

He also noted that both sides are working to remove obstacles that seriously hinder the work of the embassies of the two countries in Moscow and Washington.
