Russian and American delegations arrived in Istanbul for talks

Moscow will be represented by Ambassador Alexander Darchiev, and Washington by Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Sonata Coulter. The rest of the delegations are employees of the foreign policy departments of the two countries. The second round of consultations between Russia and the US in Istanbul is expected to last at least 4 hours, with detailed negotiations expected, a source told RIA Novosti. |
