Before the start of the event, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Murat Nursultan Nazarbayev welcomed the heads of diplomatic missions. After the Council meeting, a separate meeting of the heads of foreign ministries will be held in the Russia-Central Asia format.
