Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with the US leader's special envoy Steven Witkoff, the head of state's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
According to him, Putin and Witkoff will discuss the Ukrainian settlement, which is a good opportunity to convey Russia's position to Donald Trump. The Russian leader's press secretary stressed that their meeting will last as long as the president needs.
"No breakthrough should be expected from the meeting between Putin and Witkoff; this is a continuation of the diplomatic work of the Russian Federation and the United States," Peskov added.
