US Congresswoman calls for sanctions against Azerbaijan

US Congresswoman Dina Titus has called for sanctions against Azerbaijan for the forced displacement of Artsakh Armenians.

“I urge Secretary of State Marco Rubio to consider the possibility of imposing sanctions under the Magnitsky Act in response to Azerbaijan’s unjust actions against the forcibly displaced Armenian population of Artsakh,” the US congresswoman wrote in X.

“I am committed to US policy, which prioritizes accountability, justice, and security,” she added.
