Baron emphasizes importance of EU monitoring mission amid tension on Armenian-Azerbaijani border

French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot expressed concern over the growing tensions on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

"I hope that the EU mission deployed on the ground can be expanded to be able to monitor and contain these tensions," the minister said before the EU Foreign Affairs Council meeting in Luxembourg.
