"Yerevan and Baku should jointly propose the dissolution of the Minsk Group" - Zakharova

The optimal solution would be if Yerevan and Baku came up with a corresponding joint proposal on the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group, said Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova.

“After the American and French co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group stopped communicating with the Russian co-chair in February 2022, when in October 2022 Armenia recognized Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan in Prague, and when the situation changed dramatically in the fall of 2023, the OSCE Minsk Group lost its relevance and must be dissolved,” the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
