Araghchi։ "Russia is Iran's strategic partner and important neighbor"

The message from Iran's Supreme Leader to Russian President Vladimir Putin is a signal to the world that Tehran considers Moscow its strategic partner, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said.
"This message is not only addressed to Russian President Putin, but on the other hand, it is a signal to the whole world that Iran considers Russia its strategic partner and important neighbor," Araghchi said before the start of talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
Araghchi said he conveyed the message from Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei to Putin on Thursday.
