Azerbaijan has created a new status quo in the South Caucasus region. This was stated by Hikmet Hajiyev, an assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, in occupied Stepanakert, where representatives of the foreign diplomatic corps accredited in Azerbaijan paid a visit.
