Zurab Tsereteli, a painter and sculptor, passed away

Zurab Tsereteli, a painter, sculptor, and president of the Russian Academy of Arts, has died at the age of 91, his assistant Sergei Shagulashvili told Interfax.

Tsereteli was also the founder and director of the Moscow Museum of Modern Art.
