This was reported by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov. “The signal of readiness for direct negotiations should come from Kiev, while Moscow does not see any such steps,” Peskov said in an interview with a URA.RU correspondent. According to him, US efforts to resolve the situation around Ukraine peacefully are also continuing.
