![]() 642 Monday, 28 April, 2025, 16:03 Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared a four-day ceasefire to mark the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. “It will come into effect from midnight on May 7 to May 11. During this period, all hostilities will be suspended,” the Kremlin said, urging the Ukrainian side to “follow this example.” The Kremlin added that if Ukraine violates the ceasefire, the Russian armed forces will “give an adequate and effective response.” |
