Kopyrkin: "Armenia is our close ally"

Armenia is our close ally and main economic partner in the Caucasus.

This was stated by the Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin.

“Russia is committed to strengthening our allied cooperation in all possible ways, as well as to fulfilling all obligations in the field of joint defense, both in a bilateral format and within the framework of the CSTO, of which Armenia remains a member,” the ambassador added.
