In 2021, a trilateral working group on unblocking economic and transport communications in the South Caucasus was created, co-chaired by the deputy prime ministers. Kopyrkin emphasized that the fate of the region should be decided by the countries of the South Caucasus and their neighbors, and the key to stability is inclusive dialogue and countering external geopolitical interference.
