He reported this on the X social network. “Thank you very much, Mr. President,” Gusev wrote in English. Earlier, Russian Presidential Aide Yuri Ushakov announced that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev would not participate in the Victory Parade in Moscow on May 9. |
