This was announced by the governor of the region, Gleb Nikitin, on his Telegram channel. “The largest St. George ribbon, raised by a balloon,” Nikitin wrote. The governor detailed that the ribbon is eight meters wide and 80 meters long. The achievement will soon be included in the books of records of Russia and Europe. |
