"Pakistani attacks have been repelled" - Indian Defense Ministry

The Indian Defense Ministry has announced that its army has successfully repelled Pakistani drone attacks and other attacks in the border areas. The agency reported this on the X social network.
“The drone attacks were effectively repelled and a befitting reply was given,” the Indian Defense Ministry said.
The department clarified that Pakistan carried out strikes along the entire western border on the night of May 9.
Earlier, NDTV reported that the Indian Navy had launched strikes on several targets in Pakistan as part of a “retaliatory operation.” The operation was launched “after a serious escalation of the situation following the use of missile strikes by Pakistan in the Jammu and Kashmir region.”
Earlier, the Indian Ministry of Defense announced that a high level of alert has been declared in India and the holidays of civil servants have been canceled as military operations between India and Pakistan have intensified.
